Hello All, My name is Eric Kirch. I am 21 years old and a senior at the University of Oregon. I was diagnosed with celiac disease a little over 10
years ago when I was in the 3rd grade so I have over a decade of experience living a gluten free lifestyle. I am starting this blog to share my experience and provide information to you all! I am very passionate about this topic and would like this to be a resource for you as you live with a gluten free diet. I would like for people of all ages to be able to gain knowledge and share their stories here. No matter how long you have been gluten free or perhaps you know someone who is, this blog is for you.
