Research and New Findings!

In my decade of living with a gluten free diet I cannot even begin to explain how much more information and options are available. Not even 5 years ago I could not go out to restaurants and feel safe eating what I was served. As time has gone on I have noticed much more public awareness about celiac disease. Grocery stores, gluten free menus, TV appearances, and the rise in gluten free specialty items have made it a much more recognizable disease. Even day time talk shows are talking about it. The View had a segment about Celiac disease because one of the hosts, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, had been diagnosed.


Now there are many options for those looking for completely gluten free food without cross-contamination. It seems like there are new findings and progress each year! It continues to become a more regular finding at grocery stores and restaurants! I will do my best to keep you updated on these new findings as time goes on.
