Top 5 Gluten Free Breakfasts

I thought it would be cool to do a Top 5 list every now and again. I wanted to start out with breakfast. Breakfast is often said to be the most important meal of the day and you can indeed get a good meal without Gluten. Eating a good breakfast can make you more attentive, maintain good health and it can be tasty. Even if you do not need to follow a Gluten Free diet you should still give your top 5 breakfasts.These do not have to be in any particular order. Here are my top 5 Gluten free Breakfasts.

1. Gluten Free Oatmeal : Top with some brown sugar and milk and you have a nice treat.

2. Gluten Free Van’s Waffles: Eating these with a little syrup leads to a good morning.

3. Cereal : Now with more choices than ever you are sure to find a cereal that you will enjoy.

4. Eggs and Bacon : An old favorite of mine, cannot go wrong here.

5. Bagel with Cream Cheese : Another good option for breakfast, tastes great also.

Those are my top 5 breakfasts. What are yours? Please share maybe we can all get new ideas!

    1. Crepes

    2. Eggs Benedict w/ gluten free english muffins

    3. Lox w/ gluten free bagels and cream cheese

    4. Belgian Waffles

    5. The Traditional — Bacon, Eggs, Hashbrowns, and coffeeeeee

    1. Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, hashbrowns, Orange Juice
    2. Cinnamon Toast, Cranberry Juice
    3. Lemon Yogurt and granola
    4. Pancakes and Scrambles Eggs, LOTS of syrup
    5. Sorry but Cocoa Puffs has to be on the list.

    I realize mine are not all gluten free but I could not resist.

    Well Scott luckily now all of those breakfasts can be prepared gluten free with the right flours or product. Coco puffs not so much but there are other cereals that are close!
