Well we made it to our 50th post, I am very happy I decided to start this blog because I have learned so much from doing research and interacting with people in the Celiac community. We have done reviews on products, and restaurants, talked about some interesting articles and even given some helpful tips.
My favorite review
so far would have to be Tinkyada Brown Rice Spirals
My favorite restaurant spotlight was PF Chang’s.
I am really happy I have gotten to share my knowledge with you so far and I continue to do the same for a long time. If anyone has any ideas on how to make the site better please let me know!
