Impressed by Bellagios Pizza!

Recently I did a Restaurant Spotlight on a pizza chain in the Portland metro area called Bellagios. I really enjoyed the pizza they delivered to me and I said I would definitely eat one again. Last Saturday I was able to go into their restaurant and order one of the Gluten Free pizzas and while I was there I have to admit I was really impressed by how they handle it. It seemed like the staff was well trained on the Gluten Free process and the lady who took my order even mentioned that they avoid “cross contamination”. I also noticed that they had a separate pizza pan and pizza cutter labeled “Gluten Free Only”. I was very happy to see this and it made me much more confident in eating there. I also really liked seeing all the signs they had in the front window about their Gluten Free pizzas, there was even a section on the menu that was hanging in the store for them. Once again I enjoyed my pizza and I was pleased with my visit!
