Not long ago, two of our co-workers found themselves in the gluten free world. Linc was diagnosed with Celiac disease, and Colleen’s family switched to the diet for her son’s well-being.

I think it is great that they expanded for those workers and the rest of us who follow the diet. It will be nice to have a birthday cake or brownies that are Betty Crocker.

I was very excited about [...]]]> Last week I wrote about how Betty Crocker has expanded to accommodate for those sensitive to Gluten by coming out with Gluten Free products. Over the weekend I was able to make and try the Brownies. They were very easy to make, I only needed butter, eggs and milk. I was very excited about this review because I know Betty Crocker makes good products and I was excited that they came out with Gluten Free options. If you have not checked out their Gluten Free site I suggest you do. If you are looking for a place to find these products, follow this link and it will locate products for you.
There are also cookie and cake mixes which I will be very excited to review also! I am glad to say that the brownies I had were delicious and I felt great afterwords. I had to stop myself from eating them all in one sitting because I wanted to save some for later. They were easy to make and tasted great, a few friends even said they tasted better than brownies that have wheat.

Taste: A One of the best desserts I have ever had. Very rich and not dry at all. Very impressed.
Repeat Buy: A I will gladly buy these again, and would recommend the same to anyone else.

I was surprised and very happy to know this because they have been famous for their great products and I am happy to know they are now offering Gluten Free options. [...]]]> I got a call from my Mom the other day letting me know she found Gluten Free Betty Crocker cake, cookie and brownie mix! I was surprised and very happy to know this because they have been famous for their great products and I am happy to know they are now offering Gluten Free options. She was also very shocked that they were available at an Albertsons. We have never had much luck there with Gluten Free options, but I am very pleased to know they are starting to expand.

Check out the Betty Crocker Gluten Free Site to see what Gluten Free products they know have. On the site it even says they these products are made in a Gluten Free Facility which is great to know. They also have a page for Gluten Free Recipes! Some recipes include Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Cookie-Brownie Bars, and Marble Cake. I think this is great that Betty Crocker is making more products so more people can enjoy their desserts. I can tell I will definitely be doing a review on these desserts in the future!
