I wanted to start out with breakfast. Breakfast is often said to be the most important meal of the day and you can indeed get a good meal without Gluten. Eating a good breakfast can make you more attentive, maintain good health and it can be tasty. Even if you do not need to follow a Gluten Free diet you should still give your top 5 breakfasts.These do not have to be in any particular order. Here are my top 5 Gluten free Breakfasts.</p>
<p><strong>1. <a href="http://www.glutenfreespot.com/2009/09/28/product-review-bobs-red-mill-rolled-oats/">Gluten Free Oatmeal</a> </strong>: Top with some brown sugar and milk and you have a nice treat.</p>
<p><strong>2. Gluten Free Van&#8217;s Waffles</strong>: Eating these with a little syrup leads to a good morning.<img class="alignright" title="df" src="http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:RaTnXUC9JhvFXM:http://www.rendezvoushotels.com.au/sydney/images/food3.jpg" alt="" width="210" height="160" /></p>
<p><strong>3. <a href="http://www.glutenfreespot.com/2009/09/21/article-chex-expanding-more-gluten-free-options/">Cereal</a> </strong>: Now with more choices than ever you are sure to find a cereal that you will enjoy.</p>
<p><strong>4. Eggs and Bacon </strong>: An old favorite of mine, cannot go wrong here.</p>
<p><strong>5. Bagel with Cream Cheese :</strong> Another good option for breakfast, tastes great also.</p>
