if you actually have nightmares about reading labels.
if you compare all of your food to “normal-people-food.”

Much much more on the group page. I think it is important to embrace the disease, it is something that can be cured but a simple diet change. If you can make jokes about it or find easier ways to deal with it then it will make it that much easier for you. I understand it might be different that everyone else but it is not a choice diet and people understand. If you think of any new ones post them! We can get some more too add to the list!
