Products ranged from bread to cookies to cereal [...]]]> Today while helping my little sister moving into the dorms at the University of Oregon I noticed a lot of Gluten Free options available at the “Grab n’ Go” food center over by the dorms! They had 14 different “Gluten Free” stickers by the gluten free items. Products ranged from bread to cookies to cereal to pretzels and a bunch more. I was really excited to see all these it’s a nice to see what they are doing for accommodating those who need a Gluten Free Diet. This just shows how much more common Celiac Disease is. When I was a freshman at the same university I had a terrible experience with food in the dorms, not having any options available from the dining halls and having to eat from my room for the majority of meals. I ended up losing about 10 pounds that year. It looks like they are expanding for those students who need to follow a Gluten Free diet!
